Opportunity:

Servient seeks an experienced senior sales executives The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in complex sales to professional markets with experience in closing deals in the $250,000+ range. Prior experience in the legal industry (law firm, corporate legal department, litigation support or legal publishing) is a plus, but not required. Generous base salary plus uncapped commission offer a great reward to the successful candidate, along with an attractive benefits package.

  • Ability to take primary and independent responsibility for the development of market
  • Ability to understand fast moving electronic discovery market
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with prospects and customers
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to the marketplace
  • Ability to prepare complex, custom proposals
  • Ability to work with team (Project Manager, Technical Support) to deliver superior results for clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of professional complex sales experience
  • 4 year degree required, JD or MBA preferred
  • Some travel required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement litigation-related workflow best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Communicate with clients and production staff with regard to project requirements, expectations and schedule
  • Serve as liaison between client and production
  • Manage, track, and communicates project progress
  • Support client in the implementation of technology solution

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Experience working in the litigation support department of a major law firm is a plus
  • Strong technical skills including database and electronic discovery experience
  • Knowledge of best practices for litigation support
  • Familiarity with litigation support software
  • Familiarity with Internet-based applications
  • Ability to manage priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral skills
