Integrated statistical sampling generates random samples to assess the extent of "false positives" returned by each query or segment of query. “False positive” sampling allows the legal team to avoid committing large numbers of irrelevant documents to expensive legal review. Statistical sampling is also integrated into the platform to determine the likelihood that responsive documents have not been identified by the search protocol.
